Are Pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at any branch of the resort.
Do you offer Laundry Service?
Yes, we do. Laundry is charged per weight, not per piece, and can be requested at the Front Office.
Is Smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. However, guests may smoke outside or on the balcony.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Whether you may cancel free of charge depends on the policy and rate you booked. Please check the details on your booking platform for your specific reservation.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, if availability permits. An extra fee applies. Please inquire at the front office upon arrival or on the morning of your departure for availability and pricing. We cannot confirm earlier due to possible last-minute bookings.
Do you offer tours and island hopping?
