fter a long journey, there’s nothing smoother and more convenient than stepping out of the Airport or Seaport and finding your driver already waiting for you. Our private transfer service ensures you are taken directly to the correct resort branch—hassle-free and comfortably.
Please book your transport at least 24 hours prior to arrival to allow us to arrange everything in time. Our trusted drivers will meet you outside the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. Depending on your group size, you will be picked up either by car or by van.

Porter Service (Alona Vida Beach Resort only)
Alona Beach is traffic-free, so there is a short walk from the drop-off point to the resort. If you book transport through us, porters will be coordinated automatically. Guests arriving independently may call or WhatsApp our front desk upon arrival, and porters will be sent free of charge. Service hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
